Hello

I want to ask one question which is that is it
possible that 192.168.0.11 will send and recive 5
packet per seconds or per minutes. if yes is it
possible with limit option but i don't understand that
option, can any one help me. how to do that.

Clarification, no you can't with netfilter.  

However, you can with traffic shaping.  Take a look at http://lartc.org/ for info and http://lartc.org/wondershaper/ for something to help do it for you.

It's just not appropos to this list which deals strictly with netfilter issues.
