git tree updates: 2.6.18-rc6 + USB support

FYI...

The git tree has been updated to 2.6.18-rc6, and now has the USB driver
integrated.

The USB driver has been pulled from the OMAP tree where it has been used
and tested on the OMAP2430 and the not-yet-released TUSB 6010.

It's still cool that the MUSB High-Speed code is being tested and shared
between the two.  Your work and David Brownell's is great and always
