All,
I tested out Ryan Harper's latest NUMA patches on our ES7000s.
I was able to bring up a 4-cell, 32-way machine with 64 GB of memory and
run multiple guests on them. 
Here's the NUMA info and the heap info that I generated on the serial
console.
