Hello,
I am a novice in using of RTOS Xenomai.

1.
So I need some example for deep understanding.
I found only these url:
http://www.captain.at                                  very good 
articles, but very easy for deep understanding all function of Xenomai
http://www.rts.uni-hannover.de/rtaddon/
Where Can I find other example?

2.
Now I am using Linux distribution Slackware and Xenomai.
But I need to find some minidistribution for booting from CompactFlash disk.
And I need to stop written to this CompactFlash so all programs must to 
run from RAM memory.
Can you help me? I hear about ELinOS and free licence?

You can find some examples in the sources of Xenomai, see
ksrc/skins/*/demos
and
ksrc/skins/native/snippets
