This is really a great little tool that I've gotten a lot of use out of. 
  I still use it for things like QEMU which only supports the Linux boot 
protocol.

Kudos to the guys that wrote this!

People should be aware that this tool is still available from Tim Deegan's
web page. It just doesn't really belong as part of the Xen distro any more.
