?

Is possible implement VLANs in iptables firewall?

Yes, no problem. Just use eth0.0 etc.

I mean does iptables support VLANs but you wrote it
does. 
I put eth0.0 in place of classical network interfaces
and that will be ok?

This question does not make much sense. It is like asking whether 
iptables supports ethernet or PPP.

Of course. Just use the VLAN interface names and addresses.
