[Printing-architecture] Proposal - 15 June - OP WG Face-to-Face and Telecon

Hi,

Since many Open Printing participants won't be able to
travel to Google in June, how about if we plan to have
an all-day teleconference on Friday 15 June?  

Till and Glen (and possibly others) could be in the room 
together in Mountain View and the rest of us could join
by telecon and have a serious working meeting - not just
status and planning.

Please everyone who wants to participate, please tell whether you want 
to come to Mountain View or to call in. So that we can plan more easily.

I much prefer to call in remotely - even with some
funding help, the trip will wind up costing me money,
and I simply can't afford it.

The Linux Foundation Summit was moved now, going from Wednesday to 
Friday, June 13-15, to give more time to travel back during the weekend 
and to be back at work Monday morning.

It seems also that they do not do two-day workgroup meetings but only 
one-day meetings. see

and we are scheduled on the third day (now Friday). We will try to make 
call-in possible over the whole day.

So please everyone post here whether you want to come to Mountain View 
or not, so that I can make an estimatiuon of the room size.

I also would like to get some suggestions for what should be done on 
this day.
