Be somewhat careful here. The original several year's worth
of these reference boards came out with 33.000000 and 66.000000
crystals on them.
It caused so much confusion that they changed the design to
have 33.333333 and 66.666666 on them instead.
Naturally, that caused even more confusion.
Check _your_ board before applying this patch.
