Subject: [U-Boot-Users] MX31 patch: boot code
Date: Tue, 13 Nov 2007 17:55:28 +0100	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <4739D700.9050808@dave-tech.it> (raw)

Hi,

I'm having a look at the patches you released for MX31 processor. In
particular I'm comparing the early boot code with the one provided by
Freescale along with Redboot.
If I did not miss something, I noted that some of the initializations
performed by Freescale (AIPS, MAX, M3IF etc.) are not implemented in
your code.
Am I right? If yes, do you think these are not strictly necessary?

Thanks in advance,
llandre
