I have recently published this paper about jitter measurment and tests in RTAI 
and Xenomai. It was published and spoken at the conference "Computer Methods 
and Systems" 21-23 this year. I hope you like it and the results would be

Interesting paper, but it's tricky to understand the results. It would
have been good if you had provided more details about the test code
(central code in an appendix or attached to your mail here). Moreover,
you unfortunately do not describe the load you applied on your test
boxes. Due to this it is not possible to reproduce your results.
