Hello,
does a Reiser4 patch against 2.6.23 exist, or is creating one planned
for the near future? What about 2.6.24?
(I'd like to continue using Reiser4 with a mostly vanilla kernel with
some additional patches like TuxOnIce.)
Regards,
Milan

Will be released after fixing some problems with nfs/loopback support.
Thanks,
Edward.

well, there's the -mm series[0] with Reiser4 support, but it's not vanilla
anymore.
Out of curiosity: is there a (current) TODO list on what needs to be
changed in the Reiser4 code until it can be included in mainline? I think
I've seen such a thing before, but it was quite a while ago. Is inclusion
still a topic?
Christian.

Good to know that Reiser4 is still actively maintained and thanks for
your answer. Personally, I don't mind skipping 2.6.23 in this case,
though I don't quite like releases being skipped in general.

Milan

Here I found a reiser4 patch against vanilla 2.6.23 that worked fine for
me (at least the code compiled):

Best regards, Peter.
