Build XEN 3.2 with cpufreq Support

Does anybody know how to build and use cpufreq support that should be in
3.2 since -unstable time ?

Build dom0 with cpufreq support.  Pass "cpufreq=dom0-kernel"
on the Xen command line.  ondemand support should work
automatically from there, or you can choose one of the
other governors.

ondemand frequency is working in dom0 now (on M2NBP-VM CSM Mainboard and
Athlon 64 X2 5000+ CPU).

If I run cpu-intensive tasks (mprime) in a domU frequency switches to max
2.6Ghz.

Thats great and a new feature - but I get these warnings in the syslog of my
domU that were reported anywhere on the mailinglist around October:
