Merged. I commented out missing interface calls. I also moved the
kernel proc entries for xen into the optional that has the other xen
rules.

Ok here is a patch including all of the changes you are missing.
This patch includes a policy for polkit.
Updates for qemu, dnsmasq and libvirt.
Whey are the kernel proc entries for xen optional, if they are defined
in kernel.te/kernel.if?
