RFC: RW for Paul Eggleton

Hi,

for quite some time, I have been doing a number of commits for Paul
'bluelightning' Eggleton.  He maintains opie upstream which he also very
actively supports for us in OE.  I think he should be able to do that by
himself.

Some of his patches to OE (I am not sure, I always used --author):

sh7763 problem

Hi all.
Im tryng to configure my renesas SH7763, but i have same problem with 
frame buffer driver could sameone if there is a fix around to solve this 
problem? the motherboard have 2 output one VGA and another on the 
touchscreen  thet is a philips  but if i mount the module about 
framebuff i see the output regards VGA but the touchscreen is white 
could sameone tell me if it is a driver's problem or probably an 
hardware problem how i suppose?

I vote to give him R/W permissions to OpenEmbedded.

I know I am a very quiet OE person. But I second Rolf's request. Paul is
a competent and level headed developer.
