Is it possible to use breakpoints on memory access in kernel mode 
debugger running on QEMU with x86 platform?

For both cases (qemu's gdbstub or a guest-located kernel debuggers like
kgdb) you'll need my recently reposted debugging patch series [1]. Then
it should work (testing under Linux so far).
