when trying to compile qemu on OS X, I get the following error:
Undefined symbols:
"_fd_open", referenced from:
_raw_getlength in block-raw-posix.o
_raw_pwrite_aligned in block-raw-posix.o
_raw_pread_aligned in block-raw-posix.o
ld: symbol(s) not found
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [qemu-img] Error 1
