I'm having a senior moment .....

I'd like to create a page and put it in the FAQ category, but I can't 
see how to create a new page without editing an existing page.

Any suggestions?

Just use the adress of the page you want to create e.g.

http://wiki.openembedded.net/index.php/MyPage (spaces are also allowed)

don't forget to put a [[Category:FAQ]] at the document.
