[ath9k-devel] connecting to AP hardly

Hello!

Now I've been using ath9k for a few days, and in station mode everything 
  seems to be really perfect! Respect to all of the developers.

My main issue in AP mode with hostapd-0.6.7 is that the network is 
visible, but it's very hard to connect to it, authentication often 
fails. Using compat-wireless-2009-01-18 with linux-2.6.27-rc6.

This is what I do:

modprobe ath9k
iw dev wlan0 interface add ath0 type __ap
iwconfig ath0 txpower 39mW
hostapd /tmp/hconfig

There are ~12 wifi networks visible in the vicinity, and the channel 
selection may be wrong, an autodetection algorithm for the least used 
channel is in progress. But there can be other problems, so if you have 
such experience, idea, adivce, please share them with me!
