[U-Boot] [PATCH 11/31] powerpc, mgcoge, mgsuvd: MTD feature activated, partitions set

- activated the MTD and JFFS2 cmdline-features
- set the default partition table to meet the
  needs of the keymile boot concept
- increased the u-boot size for mgsuvd
  from 256k to 384k (will be needed soon)
