Stop CC'ing everyone

When you reply, could you please stop CC'ing everyone?  I already get 
one copy of this delivered to initramfs-u79uwXL29TaiAVqoAR/hOA@public.gmane.org  I don't need a 
redundant copy.

Not everybody in Cc: is subscribed. Also people with lots of mails
need to distinguish mails to lists from mails addressed to them
directly.

If you don't like it the way it is filter on your side, but please
don't ask people to cripple their mails.
