Hello,
SVM code doesn't use the INVLPGA instruction, but rather invalidate the
whole ASID when invalidating a guest page.
INVLPG exit is enabled only on shadow code, which is smart enough to
handle corner cases like splintered pagetables invlpg's.
Is this a workaround for some buggy hardware? Is there any problem in
enabling the INVLPGA instruction?
