One of the initiatives we are working on is improvement to the SELinux upstream
tools and tools ecosystem to make tools more discoverable and to make it obvious
which tool is right for a specific job. There will be RFC's forthcoming on
exactly how we want to approach this.
As a prerequisite step we have collected a comprehensive list of tools currently
available, categorized them by purpose (e.g., relabeling, development, runtime,
etc) and added a short description. The list is available on the SELinux
userspace upstream wiki at:
http://userspace.selinuxproject.org/trac/wiki/SelinuxTools
If we've missed any tools please let us know. Note this does not include
userspace object managers or the like.
