Hi,
for people having problems posting to the list, that is who can send
mails to the list, but who do not see the message they posted either on
the mailing list or on the mailing list archives, your message probably
has been tagged as spam by gna.org, and you may find it in the spam
archives:

as explained on this page:

The archived mail contains the spamassassin rules explaining why the
message was rejected, which should hopefully allow you to "fix" your
message.
