Subject: Vaio sz61mn acpi bug fix possible in near future?
Date: Tue, 13 Oct 2009 23:08:19 +0200 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <4AD4EC43.40604@uni-koblenz.de> (raw)
Hi everyone,
i posted a bugreport some time ago [1] and after some time it turned out
to be a duplicate of [2]. The latter one is marked "ASSIGNED" but the
last activity was months ago.
The effect of this bug (No powerbutton and lidswitch working) gets more
and more annoying. Is there a chance that it gets fixed in the near
future? And can i help fixing it? As i am not a good programmer only
thing i could do is testing and providing with informations about the
bug and its effects on my hardware but i would gladly put some time into
it to get it fixed.
regards
sebastian
