Allow the left and right 16 bit samples to be shifted out as 1
32 bit sample.

Rename variable slave_lch to asp_link[0]
Rename local variables:

Fix underruns by using dma to copy 1st to sram
in a ping/pong buffer style and then copying from
the sram to the ASP. This also has the advantage
of tolerating very long interrupt latency on dma
completion.

Use edma_pause and edma_resume to make missing dma_events
less likely. This may not be needed, but it looks better.

Thanks for all your help/review with this. I feel much
relief also that it is finally merged. Now, just the
little davinci patches to turn things on remain. That
can wait till this hits Kevin's tree though.
