Add the "-P" option to inhibit generation of linemarkers in the output
from the preprocessor.

i've tested this and it seems to work. after this gets applied,
i'll submit a patch to add guile 1.8.7 to the mix. did i get the
patch format right? two edited files, one new one.

I've applied this. It did not break my build on F11. If this causes
build errors, revert if necessary. Hopefully, this is not needed.

i've just pulled and started a fresh bb-demo-image build as a stress
test. fingers crossed. if that works, i'll post a patch upgrading to
guile-1.8.7 as well, since i've verified that that will build as well
with the same patch.
