This patch is to add Intersil ISL12022 RTC driver,which derived from rtc-pcf8563.
Changes v1 -> v2:
(1)The isl12022->rtc cannot be NULL inside isl12022_remove, so remove 'if' check code.
(2)To move up module init and exit macros.
(3)Be less verbose inside probe function, remove dev_info().
