I have a 0.9.0 qemu package that was modified by a research project. I would like to upgrade this qemu package. Where I can find a patch for 0.9.0 to qemu 0.10 and higher?

You can use the git to obtain a patch between two snapshots, however I don't know the exact command line sorry.

So much of qemu has changed since 0.9.0 that it's going to be almost
impossible to simply apply diffs. You'll likely have to rewrite the
modifications.
