2) lvm.8.non-implemented-commands.patch
Aligned the "style" how in the two sections (built-in commands and
commands)
unimplemented commands are documented. Just cosmetic of course.
I guess the current style of the commands section is better, built-in
commands list the unimplemented one just as the implemented commands.
Also removed pvdata from the list of unimplemented commands, as this
seems
to be an unimplemented built-in command.

pvdata was an LVM1-specific command for examining LVM1 metadata.
I doubt we'll ever implement an equivalent for LVM2 now.
(Instead, we've been making information about the metadata
available in other commands where it seems appropriate.)

This one is probably ok.

But I think it makes no sense to create two 'not implemented' lines in
manpage. So I would leave it together with lvmsar & lvmsadc.

If it's never going to be implemented, than probably yes =)
What about the others? Are they still planned to be written some day?

Just did this, because I didn't know pvdata was about to be dropped
completely,... and it was listed as built-in command (in contrast to the
"normal" commands). So I didn't want to move it down to the other
non-implemented line, thereby loosing this information.
But then it's ok I guess =)
Cheers,
Chris.
