[refpolicy] [patch 0/2] Allow common users to manage and relabel oident and also home files.

I think consensus was reached to move interfaces that provides access to manage, relabel alsa and oident home files from the role modules to the common user template.
This patch set moves the oident_relabel_home_content and oident_manage_home_content interface calls from the role modules to the common user template.
This patch set also implements a new alsa_manage_home_files and alsa_relabel_home_files interfaces which are called in the common user template.
