Hello,
First, I'm sorry if I posted it in the wrong place.
I would like to participate in the development of ALSA drivers.
If there is any project that need assitance I would be happy to contribute.
Please notify me.
Warm regards,
Ramon Fried.

If you know about the HDA spec, you could try to find out why the X-Fi
Xtreme Audio PCIe does not work.

In general, you should do something that you care about, i.e., something
associated with your hardware/software.

Clemens

Doesn't it still work with the latest code? There were some fixes.

Oops, I never saw those as single patches on the cvslog list.

Hi,
I would like to join one of the groups of developers that work
continuously on new capabilities but don?t know where to start.

I have paid effort and time to understand the kernel internals and how
to write device drivers and I have experimented with my Linux box.

I would like to have real-world experience of Linux development. If
there is any project that need assistance I would be happy to
contribute.

Feel free to join our AC100 kernel development effort.
Our development repo is located here:
https://gitorious.org/~marvin24/ac100/marvin24s-kernel/

But keep in mind, you will need Toshiba AC100 netbook to test your patches.
