testing branch 2011-01-20

[Cliff Brake]

master has been merged to testing-next and is ready for clean builds.
Looks like we had a fair number of successful builds last week :-)

I'll compile results shortly.

Tom has enough combinations in testing now, it may be time to think

All of those combinations are tested automatically of course, so I 
assume you mean data input, and, yes please!  BTW, it looks like Khem 
fixed uclibc+meta-toolchain so I'll be listing all of those I hope once 
this latest run finishes.

I'd love some more automation for data input.

Meanwhile wrt testing (distro minimal, recipe console-image), there
are a few issues that I encounter (in the jan 13 build, the testing
run for yesterdays version will start tonight)

One is when building for neek. In that case gtk-doc fails:

I've thought about collecting testing results via oe-stats.
We should collect following data:
- machine
- distro
- target
- workstation (distro + arch)*
- bitbake version*
- tester (builder) name
- last successful build
- build type (clean/incremental)*
- current issues

Fields marked by * are not present in current oe-stats info.

With all info in oe-stats we can create report that will look like
table on Testing wiki page. Then Cliff can just copy data from there
to his weekly report :)

Paul, thanks for reporting this. I didn't notice this commit and I
didn't have time to dig into this yet.
It should then be gone in the next testing branch (which starts tonight for me).
