At the source of every error which is blamed on the computer you will
find at least two human errors, including the error of blaming it  on
the computer.

Hmm, that "Fixed" just means it is fixed somewhere. E.g. 45094 isn't 
fixed in any currently available release.

Right, that "fixed" means that there is a known fix for the problem
available; it is up to your tool chain provider to give you working
tools.
