I was attempting to demonstrate a bug in the latest git that I still
can not expand a pv that has 2 pvmetadata copies however I hit a
second bug in the process. Here are the steps I have taken (on a
virtual machine):

However, the best way we found was to put these changes upstream directly for even more thorough testing. We're still working on this and we expect some time (hopefully short) to catch and fix all remaining bugs. Thank you very much for the feedback. You're welcome to report any other issues you hit.
