The config.mk file in board directory is now obsolete and
should be removed. Add option for the IMX image into
boards.cfg

This patch add initial support for freescale MX53LOCO board.
Network(FEC),SD/MMC, UART have been supported by this patch.

I had no comments about your patches, but since the window is still
closed I cannot merge them into u-boot-imx (master branch) and send a
pull for them. However, as I already did for other patches, I will merge
your patches into the next branch of u-boot-imx, so they will be ready
