That means that we read the upper part of the TSF before and after the
lower part, and the upper part changes every time after 10 retries!
The "obvious" possibility is that the system is very very busy. Then
ath9k_hw_gettsf64() would take 10*(2^32) microseconds to complete, but
that's almost 12 hours!
I guess the card is in some wrong state, in which it reports incorrect
and always changing values in AR_TSF_U32.
