BCM4331 Losing connectivity with ip_rt_bug

Hi,
I am using the latest wireless-compat b43(which should have all 4331 
patches), and after leaving my system up for some time I am receiving 
connectivity issues(sometimes it works fine, sometimes things timeout). 
When looking in dmesg, it is flooded with ip_rt_bugs.
