Subject: [Xenomai-help] Support for OMAP-2.6.39?
Date: Tue, 20 Dec 2011 16:06:54 -0800 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <4EF1231E.3070008@domain.hid> (raw)
With the Linux kernel change from 2.6 to 3.0, many device communities
seem to be declaring "long term maintenance support" for the Linux
2.6.39 kernel (supposedly the last of the 2.6 kernels). I have heard
this from both the BeagleBoard and Overo communities. It seems logical
that other communities will also do this to be able to advertise a "more
stable 2.6 branch". BeagleBoard is targeting 2.6.39 to be a "validation
suite" level.
Will Xenomai support OMAP-2.6.39?
Regards,
Bob Feretich
