I'm trying to compile an example of Xenomai, but gives me this error:
/usr/bin/ld : cannot find -lrtdk

You will have to provide more information than this.
The error is clear: it cannot find librtdk.so.
Did you already compile the Xenomai userspace libraries? You can't
compile an example without doing that.

rtdk disappeared from xenomai 2.6.0 (it is merged in libxenomai).
The fix for the examples will be in xenomai 2.6.1.
You can apply this patch:
