Wishlist for Xen 4.2: Xen VGA Passthrough (Great Success with Windows 8 HVM domU)

Dear Xen developers,

Now that I have great success with Xen VGA Passthrough to Windows 8 
Consumer Preview HVM domU with Xen 4.2-unstable changeset 25070 in 
Ubuntu 11.10 amd64 dom0, I would like to request you to formally support 
Xen VGA Passthrough in Xen 4.2, again.

I would very much like to help out, if possible. I have learnt very 
basic C programming when I was back studying in Singapore Polytechnic 
back in 1995, more than 15 years ago. So I have forgotten most of my C 
programming but I can quickly pick it up again if possible. But I do not 
know much about computer hardware programming.
