[U-Boot] [PATCH v4 4/4] ARM: SAMSUNG: support sdhci controller

To support sdhci controller, remove the CONFIG_S5P_MMC..
Instead, use the CONFIG_S5P_SDHCI/CONFIG_SDHCI.
