I found this quote:

Does that apply to Xenomai 2 also? And are there no issues of having
different licenses of user space and kernel space (like RTAI) in
Xenomai 2?
I couldn't find any /explicit topic/ w.r.t the license, on the
Xenomai's website.

Please help.

Yes.

No. The linux kernel is GPL, the glibc is LGPL.

That is maybe because there is nothing more about it than what is
documented in the sources.

Probably because we expect you to read the information provided in the 
sources, on a per-component basis (see these obscure COPYING files).

- kernel space is GPL
- userland is LGPL

Quite common licensing scheme.
