Yes, it is fixed in the patch posted a few minutes before by
Jean-Christophe:
[PATCH 1/1] ARM: at91: fix at91sam9261ek dm9000 irq

We have included it in our AT91 "fixes" branch and will submit it soon
for inclusion in arm-soc.
