How to modify "grub-pc/install_devices" without dpkg-reconfigure

Dear GRUB devs,
First of all, thanks for your work.

The "debconf-show grub-pc" command shows a list of parameters, including
"grub-pc/install_devices".
Where is located the file where this "grub-pc/install_devices" parameter is
located, please?
(i am searching a way to modify it, not via dpkg-reconfigure, but via a
command line without user interaction)

This is not upstream matter. Please contact your distro.
