I want to use xenomai with linux kernel 3.1.0 on AM3359 platform , but there is no appropriate patch for this kernel. Could you tell me when will adeos-ipipe-3.1.0-arm.patch be released please ?

No release planned, we released 3.2, 3.4 is "in the pipe", and I am late
for 3.5. So, if someone releases a patch for 3.1, it will not be me.
