I would think you should work with the FSL folks and have this support in
meta-fsl-arm

Despide machine specific things, all should be done in meta-fsl-arm so you
ought to easily get GPU and VPU working on it.

For non-Freescale boards, please send the machine and patches targetting
meta-fsl-arm-extra (https://github.com/Freescale/meta-fsl-arm-extra).
