* [PATCH] tools/libxl: Improve videoram setting

tools/libxl: Improve videoram setting

- The minimal videoram setting must be 8 mb.
- Added videoram setting for qemu upstream with cirrus (added in qemu 1.3).
- Updated xl.cfg man.
