You haven't added any documentation for this new option.
I think an option to limit the number of event channels is more
intuitive for the guest administrator. See also my comment on patch 21.
When you come to write documentation that is useful for a host
administrator or toolstack author for what "evtchn_extended" actually
means you'll see what I mean. Particularly when you have to say it
means slightly different things depending on whether you're on ARM or on
32 or 64-bit x86.
