Erroneous tag 4.2.2-rc2

I made a mistake while tagging 4.2.2-rc2 and applied the tag to the
wrong git commit.

I have deleted the wrong tag from xenbits and put the right tag in its
place.  The right commit for 4.2.2-rc2 is this one:

    commit 321e742eab7a36ffd18ac64f246f341015a007e0
    Author: Jan Beulich <jbeulich@suse.com>
    Date:   Fri Apr 12 13:41:19 2013 +0200

        update Xen version to 4.2.2-rc2

If you have fetched the wrong tag, you may need to persuade your git
to update to the new one.  You can do this with
   git tag -d 4.2.2-rc2
   git fetch --tags
or something, I think.

Both the wrong tag and the right tag were signed, unfortunately.

It is possible that this will cause some trouble in the Mercurial
mirror.  Anthony, can you comment ?

I have now updated our release checklist to have explicit runes for
making tags in xen.git, which ought to prevent this mistake happening
again.

I don't know. Unfortunately, I never check how the git->mercurial was
handling tags.

I will check that later.
