I've got a separate patch removing the "-rc" from the ASCII art at the 
top fo the file; I'll send that out just before we do the release.

This may give the (I think) false impression that it would be using
the latest upstream qemu release, hence I would consider it
desirable to mention what upstream qemu release our release is
going to be based upon.
